After an eventful 2018 we are now looking to 2019. With elections and the 2019/ 2020 budget decline by 3,5 percent, things are indeed looking a little uncertain. But, just as we future-proof our homes with good quality paint, at Plascon we are future-proofing our sales revenue by putting great strategies in place to get to grips with what our customers want.
In 2018 we developed our sales team so that we can secure good business deals by partnering with leading global sales training provider, Mercuri International, to deliver courses addressing key account management, selling and coaching skills. My team and I have also spent a considerable amount of time identifying key customers and creating value propositions to meet their needs. We also have a few initiatives in the pipeline and are particularly excited about relaunching our Painting Solutions Service offering where we have set up several platforms to engage with you, our professionals, throughout the year.
2019 aside, here we come and we’re ready to weather the storm and paint the town red…
