YOU NEED:

Plascon Universal Undercoat, Plascon Cashmere White and Plascon Cashmere tinted to Geneva Morn (EC 51).

Other: Sandpaper (80 grit), 2 x 50mm paintbrushes, candles, paint scraper and Plascon WoodCare Water-Based Exterior Varnish.

TIME NEEDED: Two weekends

STEP 1:

Prepare the chairs by sanding and applying the Universal Undercoat. Paint two coats of Cashmere White, allowing each coat to dry properly before painting again.

STEP 2:

Once dry, apply candle wax to areas that would naturally distress over time. Apply two coats of Plascon Cashmere Geneva Morn and leave to dry.

STEP 3:

Once dry, use a scraper to drag along where the candle wax was applied, this will remove some of the top coat and reveal the white underneath. Seal with Plascon WoodCare Water-Based Exterior Varnish.
